1、供暖管道采用碳素鋼管，可采用焊接鋼管或熱鍍鋅鋼管或PPR管。
2、供暖熱煤采用熱水，供水溫度60-85℃，回水溫度40-55℃。
3、供暖管道敷設(shè)時(shí)，應(yīng)保持一定的坡度，氣水同向流動(dòng)的熱水管道，不小于0.003，氣水逆向流動(dòng)的熱水管道不小于0.005，立管與散熱器連接的支管不小于0.01.
4、管道采用螺紋連接或熱熔連接。
5、閥門采用螺紋或PPR管連接的截止閥、閘閥、三通球閥及二通球閥。
6、連接散熱器的支管上，應(yīng)配置活接頭，當(dāng)水平支管管長(zhǎng)度超過1500毫米時(shí)，中間設(shè)管卡或托鉤。
7、管道穿樓板或墻身時(shí)，應(yīng)埋設(shè)鋼管套，套管內(nèi)徑應(yīng)比管道外徑大6-10毫米，樓板內(nèi)的套管其頂部都應(yīng)高出室內(nèi)地面20毫米，衛(wèi)生間和廚房應(yīng)高出50毫米，底部應(yīng)與樓板底面相平；墻內(nèi)套管的兩端與墻面相平。
8、敷設(shè)在地溝，管井和平頂內(nèi)的供暖管，以及位于室內(nèi)不供暖房間和有凍結(jié)危險(xiǎn)的地方的供暖管道，均需進(jìn)行保溫。
9、管道防腐：明裝管道表面刷一遍紅丹防銹漆及兩邊銀粉漆或兩遍快干漆。暗裝的保溫管道和非保溫管道，表面刷兩遍紅丹防銹漆。
10、散熱器組對(duì)后，進(jìn)行水壓試驗(yàn)，試驗(yàn)壓力4公斤/每平方厘米表壓，不滲不漏為合格。
11、鑄鐵散熱器表面刷一遍紅丹防銹漆，兩遍酚醛磁漆。
12、供暖系統(tǒng)安裝完畢后，在保溫前進(jìn)行水壓試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)壓力系統(tǒng)底部2公斤/每平方厘米表壓，在試驗(yàn)壓力下10分鐘內(nèi)壓力降不大于0.2公斤/每平方厘米表壓，不滲不漏為合格。
13、系統(tǒng)水壓試驗(yàn)合格后，應(yīng)反復(fù)注水沖洗，直至排出水不含泥砂，鐵屑等雜質(zhì)，且水色不渾濁方為合格。
14、系統(tǒng)沖洗完畢后，即可充水，加熱，進(jìn)行試運(yùn)行和調(diào)試。
